I wish dealers still did car washes when you got your vehicle serviced though. It was really nice back when they did. It left you feeling like your car wasn’t just worked on but cared for.

I had a bad experience. From the beginning, I requested to be served by someone who spoke Spanish, as I don’t speak English. Despite my request, on several occasions, staff were sent who ignored it. It’s worth mentioning that when I asked questions to understand the service, the answers I received were arrogant, disrespectful, and made me feel uncomfortable and belittled.
I consider the treatment I received to be unprofessional and unacceptable, especially considering it’s a service I’m paying for. I request that this situation be reviewed and that measures be taken to improve customer service.

I showed up 20 minutes before my appointment and it still took another 20 minutes for me to get checked in. So I was waiting for a total of 40 minutes. I had an appointment and the person helped me jot down I didn’t have an appointment. No apologies for the long wait. I get it was mid day but took forever waiting.

Ruben is a real business man. He takes into consideration the loyalty of a customer. While other service reps treat me like a new customer all the time, Ruben takes the effort to recognize your loyalty.
