I specifically ask for Edward Obando because I have been so impressed with his service in our past interactions at Honda. More than anything, I trust him. Being a retired elder, finances can sometimes be a big worry, but I trust Edward to the point that if he tells me something can’t be put off, that he really means it. I truly believe is a great asset to the Honda Corporation.

Was Disgusted by the lack of service and professionalism by Miguel Cabrera. He was ready to just pull my car out of the service area due to his lack of customer service and professionalism. If it wasn't for Michael Vazquez who stepped in and saved the day I don't think I would ever return to Norm Reeves Cerritos ever again. I have bought all my Honda Accords from NR Cerritos since 1988. Never have I have such poor and disgusting service like I did today from Miguel Cabrera. If I ever see him anywhere near the service area or sales floor again I will take my business elsewhere!. I thank Michael Vazquez for stepping in and making things right. True professional and definitely understand why he is in the position he is in. Why you have Miguel Cabrera working for you is a mystery! He lacks every possible skill need to serve customers!

Fast service considering how busy they were at 8:30.

Got a phone call at 925 saying car was done. Saw the car was done. Asked about the car. Was told I would be helped shortly. Did not get my keys till almost 11.

I very much enjoyed Robert’s professional and engaging demeanor. He took time to review the need for tires replacements which I hadn’t planned on today. From check-in (my appointment with Q Holt got botched on my end most likely) to delivery, Robert instilled confidence I had once again come to the right place for service.

They forgot to turn on my 2026 Prelude and Liz called me about there oversight and they turned on my shock alarm today but it would have been nice if norm reeves honda had done that when I purchased the Prelude on 1/3/2026.

Service was very efficient. They found some additional work that needed attention, so using their app was able to OK the work and everything was completed well within the time frame they had given when I checked in. I want my Honda to last and perform well so I appreciate when they advise me that more should be done. Good looking out Norm Reeves Honda Service Dept!
