Excellent Service. The only problem was I had a $40 discount coupon and I went back. My service representativehad left for the day. However, the service manager did help me so that was good.

Alex Almanzar was great and explained everything in detail. I really appreciated the man who came to my car at first to get somebody to come talk to me about my car. It was an extra touch of kindness I think. Next time I’ll try to remember his name.

I always get good service but had to reject the repair at 5 k ! More than my car is worth. I have a nice car. It’s cared for. I’m married to a mechanic so he will do the repair with your OEM parts. Thanks Toyota. We are on a fixed income so money is tight. I understand the cost ….
