I was given exceptional service today when I had my routine oil change. The weather stripping was also fixed, as it was slightly separating and now is intact. The windows were a little sticky because I had them down when it started to sprinkle and zi think a little water found its way into the mechanisms. They were checked and made to work well as before, full up and down. And, always a fair price. This has been status quo for five years, since the car was brand new. Honda never defies expectation. The people I took my car to before were one long nightmare that lasted for years. It ended the day I purchased a new Honda Insight as I would take my car to the HB dealer from then on. Thank you Honda!!

My last service was unsatisfactory bought 4 new tires when I left my blind spot indicator came on took vehicle back for service blind spot indicator fixed but when technician removed door panel it was not place back on correctly. Took vehicle back to show advisor poor job done. Now concern about quality of work being done on my vehicle ????

I’m not satisfied that dealer hasn’t pinpointed the cause of my vehicle issue after numerous times being in the shop but I am pleased with Mr. Bautista’s curteous professionalism.
