Brought my Honda in for an oil change and Robert took care of me. He was super helpful, honest, and professional with no sleazy tactics, just great vibes and excellent customer service. Will definitely be coming back to him for future service!

The "automated phone" systems to check on the status of my car were a nightmare to use, hung up on me when trying yo leave a message, misunderstood me, and I never actually received a reply to any of my text messages that were prompted by the system. My oil change took 23 hours, with just one update call right before closing to let me know my car wasn't ready and needed to be kept overnight.

My HUD was not placed back correctly it has a gap between the display and the mounting part.
Attention to detail is extremely bad. Not the first issue I experienced after getting my car serviced there.

I asked for a loaner car for the day and did not receive one. Otherwise was good. Services from other Genesis dealerships, they bring a loaner car and your Starbucks order and that’s superb “10 NPS Promotor” customer service.
