Staff was very courteous and professional. The technician clearly outlined all potential issues with my vehicle and was not persistent in trying to get me to confirm services. Vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and vehicle pick up was very smooth and easy. Great customer service and really appreciate the Uber ride home, free of charge while I awaited for my vehicle to be serviced. Keep up the great work ????.

initial odometer was wrong,called advisor about the error. She said she will correct it right away and send me the corrected documents. Still waiting for the documents.

No one ever called me to let me know that my car was ready. I picked it up at 2 o’clock and got a text at five that it was ready. When calling there it was hard to get a hold of my service manager. I was on hold for a while so I just hung up and walked up to see if my car was ready after two hours

Michael is an amazing representative, He’s honest and is very up front with what my care needs. Every time I go get my car serviced, I only want him to help me. It’s always a good experience.

First time meeting Clayton. He had a calm friendly manner in dealing with both myself and the service required. He easily answered all my questions and updated me periodically while I waited. When the technician determined that the front brakes needed to be replaced, Clayton took the time to answer all of my questions as to why it was needed. I will certainly ask for him the next service required and have no problems recommending him to others.

Leo Lazcano was very attentive towards what my car needed. He scrolled down on the computer screen what services my car had previously and what needed to be done. Leo gave me prices and what discounts applied. He gave me excellent customer service! Thank you for having exceptional employees.

Ruben was very polite and friendly. He explained to me what the recall was & what they were going to do with my vehicle. He told me it would take about 2 hours and offered me to arrange the shuttle if I wanted to to to the mall. But I preferred to wait in the waiting area. When the car was done (less than 2 hours), he came to me and gave me the paperwork. I had good experience and it was a very nice service. Thank you
