I love coming for service on my Ford. Because I also get to see how the service department runs at Norm Reeves Honda, I notice a huge difference between the two. At your Ford location, the service is fast and the service representatives are respectful and very welcoming. Thank you to Crystal Rivera for making my experience such a lovely one.

I been going to Honda since 2019 and Trevor has always been my Advisor and he is absolutely wonderful,I would not change him for another Advisor.He is kind, humble, trustworthy and professional.I am thankful I can go and be welcomed with a smile and he is familiar with all my necessities to my vehicle.

I was told a concerning (and irritating) problem about a seatbelt alarm was just a common problem with the RAV4 and nothing could be done. Unacceptable. I will go elsewhere
