Enrique was very polite,professional,and honest.
We had terrible customer service in Glendora and learned the hard way.I bring my car to Norm Reeves where I bought it and couldn't be happier.

This is my first time doing service here, and Andrew was by far outstanding. He clearly has explained the process, and once complete broke down my multi point inspection line by line. I will be 100 percent be bringing back my cars for service here.

On Feb 21 Mary called me and said I could pick up my serviced Ev on Sunday . So on Sunday I called to pick up my Ev for the dealership, and waited about 30 min to get the key , talk briefly with the manager and he was too busy , after waiting I decided to take

First time to West Covina location. Service was quick, faster than expected. David Ochoa was very professional. I appreciated him walking me to the waiting room and showing me where the drinks/snacks, wifi, and restrooms were. Experience was very positive thanks to David! Will definitely come back to this location for next vehicle service.
