After about 4 hours I left with my car, I was ok with the time, I completely understand. I was on my way home and my check engine light came on in traffic on the freeway something about the power and I was very scared I was going to be stranded. I called they told me to go back. I had to drop something off at my house because I didn’t know how much more time I would be there. I went back they had for a good hour and they just said here is your car. I had to ask what was it. They said a sensor and walking away they sorry. This was not Oscar I don’t know who it was they never said their name. I work in the auto industry, this is where bad reviews come from. I know it happens but no explanation no nothing. Customer service is key with my company, Cerritos Auto service was not. When a customer has to come back within hours of ALL green checks on the RO. Nope, I don’t think I would go back. I hope the Director of Service reads this. Thank you.

In all honesty I was reluctant to return t9 Norm Reeves due to an incident that occurred many years ago. My friend informed me that the individual that the person I had an altercation with was no longer working at this dealership, I did return on 2/20/26 and I must say i was extremely satisfied with the service and with Crystal's professionalism.
