Ivette has always been fantastic, I’ve had her before and always enjoyed her knowledge and insight into all the different aspects of my service on my car . I have had many other service people whom I’ve worked with and thought were great, but Ivette is the most helpful and knowledgeable person I’ve ever worked with there . She’s best at what she does , I appreciate her honesty and integrity, thanks. Jon

I was appreciative of Aaron's sense of responsibility in letting me know when everything was done. Even though it was quite late in the day, Aaron did a great job of waiting and finishing up the necessary job.

John Bautista was not communicative at all.. I dropped off my vehicle during my lunch hour and he advised he’d let me know if they would have to keep it overnight I never heard back from him till about 530pm I left my vehicle at 11am my husband had to call the service department multiple times to get a hold of him when he finally called back he gave me no run down on my vehicles outcome services were done last week Friday I’m just now TODAY (Monday) getting the (your vehicle is done) message horrible service
