It was a terrible service. Had to wait over 2 hours for rental car and 2 hours to pick up the car when it was a finish.

I was told the glass repair team would be there at 9 am. They arrived at 10:40. When I questioned this I was told it’s actually a window from 9-12. That is fine, but I wasn’t told in advance. Please train your intake people to mention this. My advisor, Anthony, was fantastic to work with. High praise to him.

Even though he had multiple customers he kept us up to date with the service of our car. We always make an appointment with him because he is the only one that acknowledged us when it was busy.

Hi my name is Carmen and I would really like to thank my advisor Louie and the specialist who worked on my vehicle, I really appreciate their time and kindness Louie was very respectful and attentive to my concerns I had concerns and Louie said no problem will pick your vehicle up and do all test necessary so you will feel comfortable driving your car and his kind voice and concerns they checked my vehicle and returned it me in top shape .Thank you Louie and mericio for putting my mind at ease.
