I was informed I needed to change my vehicles cabin filter and the engine air filter. I replied on the message to proceed with the replacements and this was never done. The rep who assisted me stated they forgot to check their messages. I did not want to wait more time when I had initially replied I was agreeing with both filters being changed.

My unsatisfactory experience was summarized in a lengthy email to Keavon Jurgen. The missteps occurred with 4 service advisors involved. The director attempted to overcome the bad service, but further negative experiences occurred. My summary was emailed online Feb 28 and acknowledged by Donnie on Mar 1. As of today Mar 3, I have not heard from Keavon or anyone else that would speak to my experiences.

Yes, it was quick but when it came for my estimate, I had a fee and I have the extended warranty that I had purchased when I bought my car in 2022 and I was told it had expired. When I got my estimate paperwork it showed that it did not expire until 2028. I told the cashier and showed him and he showed the technician and told me that the tech said that he was looking at the previous customers VIN #? I don’t know but I was not charged. The technicians need to pay more attention and who knows what they charged in the past. Why purchase it if they don’t pay attention and they charge or overcharge?!?

You took too long to change the oil I've been waiting for 3 hours a lady who was also waiting for her car and said maybe you should go and find out why taking 3 hours when I went to that person he said Mr Mercedes your car is ready to park outside here's your key I was very upset why didn't get a phone call and say your car is ready so I'm very upset that I had to wait and wait they were not for that lady if I'll be waiting for another hour

I appreciate the customer service here with the issues I've been having with my vehicle. That's why we purchase our vehicles here and don't mind the drive from Downtown Los Angeles.

I recently had my car serviced and was very satisfied with the experience. My car advisor Ramiro Montes was professional, friendly, and attentive to my concerns. They clearly explained the needed repairs and kept me updated throughout the process. The service was completed on time, and my car is running smoothly. Overall, it was a great experience thanks to the excellent customer service.
