I made an unexpected visit to Norm Reeves Ford after discovering a pop up message on my dash saying I only had 5% oil left. I immediately called the service dept. and was given an appointment an hour later. After checking my service records Eduardo Millan, my service rep, informed me I also needed a 20,000 mile checkup and took care of everything. He was informative, explained everything and I trusted his judgement. Just wish Norm Reeves would turn up the heat in the service waiting area as its always freezing in there.

Now it’s not offered
I’ll find another dealer closer to home for service and referrals

Great service from start to finish. The Ram was friendly, explained everything clearly, and my vehicle was completed on time. I appreciate the professionalism and will definitely return for future service.

Car service was great, but I was waiting for my car, and expecting to have a coffee while waiting. The coffee machine was out of order, and the faucet promising cold, filtered water was also not working.
