I wasn’t contacted about recommended maintenance until after 2 hours were up. I added 2 of the three items but wasn’t willing to wait even longer for the service to be completed.

George and Rudy demonstrated exceptional proficiency in their respective roles, consistently surpassing my expectations. Upon my arrival, I urgently required a key cylinder repair following an attempted car break-in. Rudy not only assisted me in locating the necessary component but also collaborated with George to promptly resolve my issue. Their exceptional service and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process.

I feel once tou put the silicone on the car you shshould put it in a closed space to prevent dust.

Andrew was great this morning. As he approached me, he introduced himself after what I needed. Andrew was very courteous and attentive to my needs. I told him I was there for a regular maintenance and to also check my alignment. He said he would and then he would update me if there was any problem. About 45 minutes till he returned and told me that my vehicle needed an alignment and got it done in a respectful amount of time. Andrew was very courteous and forthcoming. Andrew is another reason why I continue to bring my vehicle to Norm Reeves Ford.

When I arrived for service I gave my phone number to contact as my wife was not present and could not answer her phone. The vehicle was finished but I was not contacted at all. My wife did receive the text but because she could not use her phone I did not know my car was ready until I saw it in the parking lot over two hours after it had been finished. I was told the system did automatically text her but because she wasn’t present I would have not known the vehicle was finished if I didn’t check myself.

Great job but it is hard to see oncoming traffic when leaving your dealership because of all the parked cars on the street.
