IT took me years to go back to Norm Reeves, today you reminded me why I do not like your place, service is terrible. GEt some friendly people , someone that will go the extra mile to help, horrible service.

I asked for a loaner car for the day and did not receive one. Otherwise was good. Services from other Genesis dealerships, they bring a loaner car and your Starbucks order and that’s superb “10 NPS Promotor” customer service.

I had limited interaction with Denise as she left early by the time my car was ready around 4. Another staff assisted me as there were discrepancies in the costs. She was attentive.
