I spent @2400$ on my a/c in October,and was told bring it back if any problems. less than 1000 miles later it wasn't working again. Not only charged diagnostic fee , which I think I shouldn't have been charged due to same problem that was just fixed.I was told it would take additional $1100 to fix it this time.I was told brand new running like new , now barely used the car and a/c down again , a coincidence ?. There was a recall on these a/c and it didn't apply to me . I paid quite a bit first time and declined additional 1100 . I feel unsatisfied and will question if I use use again or recommend NORM REEVES HONDA.

Hannah was excellent! Warm and friendly. Immediately had me feeling like she would take care of me well. She educated me in a way that was easy to understand. And she helped me look for coupons for the services I needed. I look forward to her being my service advisor in the future!
