I’d like to thank Rafael for his assistance on the repairs to keep my Fiesta ST going! My car needed some extensive work which I totally knew was necessary. He helped clarify all my questions and was responsive when I followed up for a status update which really appreciated. Thanks again!

I had an appointment today to fix a factory defect, no complaints on that.I was told this service was going to take 3-4 hrs. So, I decided to request transportation services. Which I now regret, since I had to wait almost 2 hrs for transportation. As soon as the first customer was dropped off I got a message that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I’m a new customer to this dealer and disappointed with the transportation services. It will be nice to provide updates or other options to customers.

Car was done later than promised time. Staff were then unable to locate the car’s keys for 30 minutes. When they found the keys, the battery had not been replaced as I’d requested, so I had to wait for them to figure out how to change the key battery. When I got home I could not lock my car and now the dealership is closed so i need to leave my car unlocked outside and go back tomorrow.
