John Beck in the Service Department was very thorough in his review of the service needs of my 2022 Pilot.
He explained everything clearly, and helped me reset factory settings to fix a potential problem with the backup camera. I will continue to ask for John when bringing my car in future service needs.

Appointment at 7:15. They got to my car at 7:35. I did not get out of there till 10:00. For just an oil change that seems like it took a long time. I may not be back. What a racket you're submit button does not work. What a racket. I don't think you'll be seeing me ever again.
