Sal was very knowledgeable about what work could be done on my car. Since I just came in for an oil change, I feel like I was pushed through the process too quickly. He quoted me a price of $1000 and told me I could use a $100 coupon. He had me sign quickly and before I knew I’d signed for over $1600 worth of work. And I was misinformed about all the completed work lasting for 7 years. Come to find out, Phillip informed us that some of the work only lasts for 3 years. Perhaps that was just part of Sal’s sales pitch but I’m on a fixed income and this expense hits me hard. Thank you very much to Ms. Wilkes for helping to improve the outcome.

I believe I’ve now been there four times, leaving my vehicle three times and the issue stilll is not resolved.
