I’ve been going to Waco Subaru and am used to a more detailed explanation of “finds” that may need attention. A little more explanation would be beneficial. Otherwise, the appointment was great!

When I dropped off my vehicle, it was fast. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, it was very slow. The advisor just said tell the person in the middle and they will call someone to bring your car up. I asked if they found anything on my car, he said no they didn’t. I had asked if they could check when I came in the morning because I could hear something loose underneath my car. It take more than 15 minutes for my vehicle to be brought around. There were 3 other people waiting for their cars too.

My first response was in reference to the salesperson that helped me. I just realized that you are asking about the service department. Ram was very helpful. I had noticed a glitch in my driver’s window rolling down. Ram was able to get my wi Dow looked at very quickly and the problem corrected. He also had the team Cain my car floor and put I. The all weather floor mats that I purchased. He was very attentive and kind.
