It was very frustrating to arrive to the dealership only to find out the previous arrangement made with the service rep was not fulfilled. I had communicated with the service rep that I would need to pick up my car after 6pm, and I was assured my car keys would be left with the reception desk. My husband and I were very dissatisfied with the service, as we drove a total of one hour (to and from trip) and paid over $70 in ride service fees to be able to get our vehicle back. We have chosen this dealership time after time, despite the distance from our home, because we felt we always received excellent service. I understand miscommunications happen and people have off days, and I hope this does not happen to other customers. We will be taking our vehicle to a different service location for future needs.

I've had two Hondas that I bought there I'm into you guys for about 35 years and I've had a couple how bad advisors and then I'm at Reuben and he takes care of everything it's on time not only working for Honda but he's working for the customer also He's an asset to your company thank you
