Mary was a pleasure to work with! She was excellent with her honesty, professionalism straightforwardness, and you should be happy. She is part of your team. I don’t know if she is up for an employment review but if she is, she is definitely do a plus in her compensation. She always had a smile on her face and was a pleasure I say again to work with. She is an asset for the service department and indirectly for sales. I would purchase a car off of her with no hesitation. Thank you for your time Ronald Ray Noblett.

Yes, we were completely satisfied the service at Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos is excellent. We come from the Central Valley and there is Honda dealers out here but they don’t treat us right at all. I wish I could call up Honda somehow the main factory or whatever and let them know how bad the service is out and essential California . Visalia. Selma and Clovis have terrible service. That’s why we go down to Cerritos . The last couple of times we have talked to Leo Lazcano and he has been great. We’ve had a couple of others and they were great too thank you. Over here they charge you to diagnose your Honda and even if it’s under warranty, they don’t give you the money back for the diagnostic. I think that’s wrong. Have a great day.
