After years of taking my Accord to Hoen Honda in Carlsbad, I decided to give Norm Reeves a try and they far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of Ernesto and his team. They took the time to clearly explain their service recommendations without any pressure or unnecessary upselling, and completed the work right on schedule. I specially asked for water in the empty reservoir for windshield wipers. I tried using it later and No fluid. It was still empty. It makes me wonder if the oil and filter was changed and the multi point check was completed!!
