The customer service representative that checked me in and out was not at all interested in providing a good service experience. He didn’t even let me know when my vehicle was ready or wher it was parked. He simply told me it was somewhere parked in a spot on the lot. He allowed me to walk off looking for my vehicle on my own. Once I spotted the vehicle, I had to return to him because he kept my key inside his desk not inside the vehicle where he said it would be. During this whole transaction the service representative sat at his desk thumbing through his cell phone without a single concern.

As you’ve done in all my previous service visits, you’ve reinforced my belief that this is the very best place for Subaru owners to take their vehicles for service. Everyone did an excellent job and I thank you for the heads-up on other service that needs attention. We will try to schedule this as soon as our budget allows.
