I liked Manny a lot. Very nice and courteous man. I’ve always had good experiences at norm Reeves, except the one before this time. I don’t recall the guy‘s name, but he was very young and nice looking. I told him that I was waiting for the car, but he never called me when the car was ready. I was there for almost a full day and when I went out to ask him about when the car would be ready, he said oh I thought you were going to come by and pick it up. He was also laughing and joking and horsing around with his friends.

Richard was extremely helpful in navigating warranty work. He took the time to find answers to multiple questions I had. He even found an additional issue and ordered the replacement part for me. I would come back to get my car serviced with Richard again!
