My issue was with not being able to resolve a persistent problem with my car’s liftgate due to not being able to leave my car and get a loaner vehicle while mine is being diagnosed. How does Ford expect their customers to have to leave their vehicle for 2 days so they can get diagnosed and then maybe offer to pay for a loaner vehicle? People need to get to work and cannot be left without a vehicle. This is a huge imposition, especially for a new vehicle. I was extremely disappointed, especially because this is a recurring issue and it has already been serviced before for the same issue. It should not have to be this challenging for a customer to get a proper service for their vehicle, especially when it’s under warranty.

Came in for an oil change appointment and was given a 1 hour and 45 minute wait. I ended up waiting for 3 hours with hardly any communication from my representative Leo besides that I would wait another 10 minutes tops after it had already been 2 hours and 30 minutes. I ended up waiting another 30 minutes and had to ask a completely different representative for an update with my car.

After the A/C wiring repair, my auto start/stop no longer activates. Can you check the A/C pressure/temp sensor signals and wiring integrity? It seems like the system thinks there’s constant A/C demand.
