I stayed 4 hours 30 minutes for service.
It is really long time even i scheduled my service.
And I want simple maintenance service.
But your service man recommended more service.
So I paid $665.00.
I am not sure extra service is really necessary for my car.

Rober's advisory is always the bridge that connects me to your auto-technicians for my honda service needs and issues. Everytime I leave, I know it is a job well done. For my next appointment with Robert, i was hoping to see if they can fix my bluetooth audio which lags/interrupts sometimes, and to replace my splash gaurds, i forgot to mention that duribg my visit at the Cerritos location. Anyways, great professional service from Robert.
