The estimate for my car being ready was not even close. I was also told that I would receive a notification that my car would be ready and I did not. I had to go back to the office and found my car keys sitting on the desk. Another associate stepped in to assist me when I said I never received any notice and that I saw my car keys in the desk. This associate checked me out so that I could leave.

Just one thing The mileage for the next service was set at 8k from 0 miles instead of 8k from the current mileage (6k), so it's set to alert me for service after 2k miles. Can I reset this or can it be reset without me coming in?

Sal did great explaining everything I needed for my A1/4 service. I did get an alert late that my multi point inspection was complete that was noted as 3:45 but didn't receive until 5:15. I then rushed to pick up my car before closing at 6. Could've been a bit smoother for a busy Wednesday. Thanks!
