Enrique was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He understood my concerns and was able to resolve my vehicles issues, and treated me with respect as I voiced my complaints of mistreatment of my previous dealership Harbor Hyundai (a Long Beach Hyundai dealership across town). Enrique went above and beyond and has earned my business, I will be returning my vehicle to him for my next servicing and all vehicle issues moving forward.

I dropped off my car at 8:20 for some diagnostics and general maintenance, I was told that it was a slow day, but within four hours, we should be all done. call me back around noon and the receptionist made. It seemed like I was bothering them by calling before the four hours were up. She could not find Manny but said she would give him the message. After two I called back since there was still no callback and still not estimate or diagnostic results….. at that time somebody else came on the phone and said my car was ready and that the diagnostics showed no problems. If I didn’t call, I’m not sure anybody was ever going to actually reach back out to me and I have no idea what happened to Manny. Poor communication and the car spent all day in the shop because of it …. And since by then I had no transportation back because everybody else was busy. I ended up having to pay for Uber. ????????♀️

My advisor George Juarez did not update me to the status of my vehicle. I tried to call him many times but he won’t answer or call me back. I even tried to get the attention of the Manager (Julie). After 2 attempts she finally talked to me. You kept my vehicle for 4 days without giving me a loaner. I missed work because of this.

Great service and very nice dealership! Overall good experience, however I didn’t realize they would take my car through the automatic wash. It was very nice to get back to a clean car, but I now have visible scratches on my tail lights! :( I’ll be able to polish them out, but I wish I had known to say no to that.
