My service representative was great. She was helpful and knowledgeable. However, I am not satisfied with the detail that was done on my car. My new car had some marks that they were going to try to remedy by detailing it, which was not successful. Unfortunately, in the process, they used some scented products in my car and left a terrible smelling air freshener in there and it completely ruined my new car smell. Please advise your detailing service not to put any scented things in a brand new car. I’m very upset about this.
