Well everything was great even Trevor my service adviser but I notice that I paid for tire rotation and it was not done I notice this morning Sunday when I went to wash my car because the tires that I had a change because I had a flat tire still was in the same side it was which was the front passenger side I think if service was paid it should be done

Miguel was great however when I checked to see if my oil change was done, it seemed quite strange that none of my fluids were topped off and the engine was still dirty. Gave the impression that they didn’t even take the caps off to add oil, I now have trust issues with the quality of work performed by this dealer

Denied services still got text asking for permission when i explicitly said no and still went with service without double checking. Terrible customer service wasnt even there to attend to me when i came to pick up car. Very terrible experience i do not any interactions with miguel cabera.

Gary has been my service rep in the past, came in for an oil change and requested several things to be inspected and received a thorough multi-check on my Tucson, he was courteous, professional, accommodating, and efficient as well as receiving quotes for future services.
