Felt rushed and pressured into something I didn’t want and had to pay for, and the team member helping didn’t seem knowledgeable. Also insanely expensive, and felt like I was getting up charged for repairs that were not vital.

I waited over three hours for a basic maintenance service that I made an appointment for. This service provider told me to expect three hours but never apologized or acknowledged this was an extraordinary length of time for basic service. When I pointed it out to her, she merely said ‘there were a lot of appointments this morning.’ I felt ignored and pushed aside and do not think I will prioritize using your services again. There were several ways to improve on this experience and none of them were offered.
