They overfilled my tires :-(. There are two settings on land rovers, light and heavy load. The technicians seem to only follow the heavy load recommendations. This makes your car ride very rough when tires are over inflated and you don’t carry heavy loads all the time.
It would be more appropriated if I could receive daily status update on my vehicle so that I would be able to make my personal arrangements accordingly.

We took the car in for in response to a recall notice. Eric Munguia was assigned to our car. He took nearly 20 mins to check in the car, while we waited. He then said it would stay overnight. 3 days later, there were no updates, texts or calls with any kind of update. We texted, no response. We called twice and finally got him to let us know the car only needed a software update and it would be ready by the afternoon. When we got there, no sign of Eric or explanation on what was done and why. With poor service like this, I could not recommend the brand or dealership, let alone leave another land rover.

It was disappointing the major problem took almost two weeks to fix and that we didn’t get a loaner car for many of those days. Also when we picked up the car it was very dirty. It would’ve been nice if I got washed.
Jimmy met the tow truck driver and kept me up to date with the text future. Better service than I have received at Redwood City.

The staff at the dealership were amazing, friendly, courteous, and followed up on my status requests. The coolant leak in my car however was not repaired as the issue causing the leakage was not found. My car is not even a year old and having the entire coolant leak in less than a year is alarming. I sent a follow up question to the service department requesting more information including if they did perform engine leakage coolant test or just coolant hose test. I’m awaiting for a response. Thank you
