Spectacular service from Sam!
1) I tried contacting your service department the day before the service and after 5 attempts on the phone and over email, gave up.
2) After collecting the paperwork, I waited 15 minutes for my car to be pulled around at 5:30pm.
3) Although Jim claimed the car had been test driven, I doubt it. The auto-shutoff engine feature has not been working for months and that was not detected on the "test drive"
4) I'm guessing no one reads these notes. Prove me wrong - call me at ****-****-xxxx.

Everyone in service was super friendly and attentive. My car was taken care of right away and I was Updated on everything that was getting done. Great experience with this department.

Eric was very accommodating when I brought in my car for service regarding the low battery light that was coming on.
He updated me daily regarding the progress that was being made on my car.
He set a timeline of when I could expect my car would be fixed, and beat it by one day. Eric also thoroughly explained when I picked up my car what work had been done.
I appreciate the time and effort that Eric and his team put in to fix my car in a timely manner.
