The service was horrible. We sent many complaints via telephone, email , text messages, surveys etc and NOBODY HAS ANSWERED to us. 3 times we took the car to be fixed for the same problem staff was rude, unprofessional, no follow ups, really a bad experience for us , expensive and on top of this they “kept” stole our trunk liner No excuses a really bad work done

The issue arose because the cleaners at Land Rover scratched my center console right before I purchased it. They agreed to replace the console and get back to me. My wife and I overheard one of the service reps making snide comments regarding the replacement and really upset us, but we didn’t say anything. In addition, the service team gave us weird looks and acted like we were in the wrong somehow. This all seemed a bit alarming because I just purchased a $60,000+ car from you and receiving this type of treatment. I reached out twice myself via email and never received a response back. After a month of waiting, I called the dealership and they assured me they would call the following Monday—never happened. I waited two more weeks and my wife called and the parts department said it had been in for awhile but no one contacted us. Lastly, our sales contact promised us a loaner while the repair was happening, but our service rep told us it couldn’t be done. I told him that once again, our sales rep promised to give it to us. He reluctantly agreed and eventually got us the loaner.

Service at Land Rover ain’t cheap! But honestly, people like Sam make things a lot easier to deal with. He has (since day one) taken exceptional care of my and my car. I’m grateful that I have someone and somewhere I trust to do the work right, every time.

Jimmy went out of his way a bit after hours to resolve a dash display mis-setting that seemingly occurred when the cleaning crew wiped the inside engaging that command button. So, Jimmy went the extra mile. I’m also looking forward to hearing from Jimmy on discussed need for tires different from the factory supplied ones as the need to buy new ones is imminent and I’m looking for something that is less delicate and will otherwise be a better fit to my needs.

I was waiting for months so that when the car will go for regular service its malfunctioning camera would be fixed. Since the issue appears interntermidently, it was difficult to replicate, but somehow on the day of service I was able to show Eric that car's backup camera was not working when car was in reverse gear. Also Eric mentioned the same in the service advisory as: CUSTOMER REPORTS THAT THE BACK UP CAMERA WILL INTERMIDENTLY NOT COME ON WHEN VEHICLE IS PUT INTO REVERSE. PLEASE CHECK AND ADVISE. But the response from the technician says: WR NFF NO FAULT FOUND, VEHICLE OPERATING AS INTENDED. For sure vehicle is not opearting as intended. The expectation is that the backup camera should work 100% of the times when car is in reverse gear, and not just one random time when checked by a technician. This is a safety hazard for me as I have kids at home and kids with neigbours too. Obviously now I'll be called to bring the car again to get it fixed, but for that I have to change my whole plan for work that day. I work in diffrent timezones and need to communicate with people from outside US and because of that I sleep too late daily. Now I have to again wake up early to take car for service and sleep early for that. Please respect everyone's time!
