I understand that it was a busy day and in the end the service did not take long, but from the time I arrive until someone take my car it was more than 20min!

Rene in the service department was awesome and a total professional. He took care of our oil change, tire rotation and transmission fluid drain and fill and provided our family with a very reasonable customer appreciation discount. Great service from Rene and the Esserman Acura service team. Huge thanks from the Reyes family!!!!!
