Been servicing my vehicles at Esserman for the last 5 years, fist time i pay 74 dollars for an oil change, moreover, lack of knowledge, asked for a quote on a simple accessory installation and the guy comes with a 3 to 4 hours install time and a 600 dollars + tax for labor because the mechanic says so.

I was satisfied with the service of Pedro Melendez and Robert Corea with my recent visit. However, I am not satisfied with my past experiences with Sergio with two different issues with my 2006 Touareg (Fuel Flange recall not being replaced or fixed & Sunroof drainage). Fuel flange was never replaced or fixed as per recall, and now the fuel flange has failed and I’m stuck with the expensive repair cost. Same as per Sunroof drainage Sergio informed me that I had to assume the cost to service and repair it when in fact I have a letter from Volkswagen court settlement stating otherwise. Other than Pedro and Robert service I am not satisfied with my experience with Esserman’s
