Andres listened to my concerns and made sure the vehicle was serviced as needed. I appreciate how he kept an eye open for when I arrived and met me at my vehicle. When there are 10 cars in the cue this expedited check in makes a difference. After the service was complete he found me in the showroom and the invoice was throughly explained. In 3 years of getting service at Esserman this is the first time I experienced this elevated level of service. Keep up the great work!

When I called to make an appointment the person told me that it was ok to walk in but he never told me that I had to wait 1:30 hours for an oil change . I think you should tell your clients so we can make arrangements.

Rene is nice ok. Very good person. This time one of the worst experience with Acura dealer. Yesterday I arrived 602 pm because I though was open till 7 pm and 2 people working there sent me home and they didn’t take care of me and Didn’t returned my car Today I finished my work at 5 pm and one customer came at 515 pm and I took care of him because need my services. May be different. Where is Triana Almeida. She is the best with customers. Call me. Very disappointed this time. Thanks
