This is my first time taking my car to a dealership of any kind. Stephanie was very kind and competent. In the middle of our conversation, I had to get off the phone because something came up at work. She was not offended and was very kind. I planned on calling her back and finishing the process of setting up an appointment. But then I saw she had sent me a text confirming the appointment and providing me with details. I was very impressed with her thoroughness and her attention to my needs. She made this an easy and pleasant experience.

You said it would take one hour during scheduling. In the morning when i dropped off the car you told me you were running behind a little. Ok. I came back after 3 hours. You said another hour. I came back one hour later and it was another 90minutes longer that we were sitting on your hot lanai waiting. How can you tell me it is one hour if it takes you 5.5hours?! For a known (recall) repair?! Whole day wasted.
