I had an appointment for 1130am service.At 2:15pm my vehicle was still not pulled in for service. Disgusted with poor quality service I elected to leave. You wasted almost 5 hours of my time. I won't be back for service or to buy a new vehicle from Big Island Motors.

The person I was in contact with was very friendly and personable. I liked that the next appointment was already set.
We did a pre-service go around the car, but not a post. It would send a better message of mutual protection and concern for your clients if you also did a post-service inspection for dents and scratches as well.
Service dept put the wrong oil in my vehicle. My vehicle takes 0w20 full synthetic...your service people put 10W30 in my vehicle. I want this problem resolved immediately.
My car will not go into gear and is being towed back to big island motors now

Lem Was SO HELPFUL! Honestly, Ive had bad experiences with your customer service in the past and was a little worried about coming back to the service department. But was so happy with the way Lem went out of his way to help me. Seriously stoked. Friendly, happy, easy to communicate with and got my issues all taken care of with his follow through. This is the third time I brought the car in for this issue and its never been even addressed because its an intermittent problem. To expect the problem to act up infront of the dealership is just not going to happen. This problem is well over 5 years now. I just don't know what to say except my warranty expires soon and I have a vehicle that is destined to break.
