The woman that checked me into service was extremely polite and helpful. Parts have been excellent in their customer service as well. I’m so glad I went with my 2021 Crosstrek.
In person service is great. Trying to call and speak to someone is not. Previous service experience was a headache and I contemplated calling the BBB to put in a complaint.

I said the tire pressure light was on even though the tire pressure was good. She said they’d check it. When I picked it up, it had NOT been attended to, and said it would be an additional $130 to diagnose.
I brought the vehicle in for a safety inspection which it shouldn’t have passed- tail light above rear hatch does not work and front passenger side blinker does not work. I also asked that my rear passenger window get looked at because it it locked in the down position and no one looked at it at all. So I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere in the future for any service.
