Please do not call. I have already spoken with Chris about my concerns. I am happy with the customer support from Chris. What I am not happy with is the the Fred ****’s policy of suggesting to every car owner service that deviates from the factory recommended service without fully explaining that this recommendation is not recommended by the factory and exactly why my specific vehicle needs it. Specifically, FB recommendation for engine coolant at 60,000 miles compared to at 105,000 miles factory recommendation.
