My experiences with Fred **** Lincoln have all been the very best. My next car will again be leased with them.
The trim on my car that was coming off was “put” back into place and came right back out 5 minutes into driving my vehicle. Newtown is too far of a drive for me anyway, so I will locate a closer Ford dealership in the future to fix this problem. I was led to believe that something had been done to make it stay in place, but it turns out the service technician just did what I had been doing every time it came out of place...try to click it back. I knew I had an issue when I brought the car in and expected quality service. I feel as if I received poor service from the technician who worked on my car. Quite frankly seemed like a lazy attempt to avoid more work. The customer service from the representative I directly spoke with was satisfactory. I have no complaint there.
The service was great. Efficient and expert. It was, however, a bit disappointing that the dealership was not able to provide a ride for me today.
Mr Brodman is very professional and kind. I take both of my cars to him and plan on purchasing 2 more Fred Beans Subaru vehicles for my parents shortly. Thank you for excellent service.
