Rich went above and beyond to make sure my truck was taken care of. He personally came to pick my truck up and drive it to the dealership. He gave my truck to a technician with the same truck as I have to get a true comparison. I can’t say enough about my appreciation for Rich and how much he cared about me and my vehicle. Instead of just changing oil, he was suggesting additional service for $710 due to tight belt. Took our car back without any service, and changed oil in another dealership without any problem. Very unsatisfied.

There was nothing wrong with my car and was charged with a "made up" problem. They said i need an oil change soon for $60. I complained on the high cost and was offered a $10 discount. Why not just offer to a loyal customer for $50? I waited three hours and got email on status update on my car. Why wouldn't you talk to me in person? Three hours, no one offered me water, said hello etc. My car has 125,000 and may need a new car soon. You lost a customer.I don't plan on ever going back.

I brought it in due to an anomaly when shifting down while coming to a stop and after a couple of days of me having to get in contact and miscommunication I got my car back still with the same problem.
