I was very pleased with Clyde’s honesty. Thinking I needed a new compressor he insisted they do a check despite what Auto Express had told me. I will definitely use them for my next oil change instead of your subsidiary who told me I needed a new compressor and told me they could do better than Fred beans. I later learned the two are owned by the same company and am not pleased that auto express would discount the dealers DiAgnostics. I will definitely use the dealer going forward and again thanks to Clyde for his upfront interpretation of saying let’s do a check fist before me assume anything!! Thank you

Mark was very patient, My sons car - we had regular maintenance, warranty work, contract work for tires and rims, and body work at CarStar to deal with. He helped us with the complexity and navigated the changes with us. $3,500 later he guided us and it was not only fair but he didn’t get the recognition as the Quarterback. This note gives him that - great work Mark.

I asked that the cabin filter cover be replaced and provided the parts. The parts were sitting on the front seat passenger side; I.e. not done.

There was a lot of confusion,mis information and charges to be questioned. Still no reasonable solution requested and needed for a Ford problem consistent now for many years with car alarm issues now not covered for our 2007 Ford Escape We have owned ford vehicles in our household for over 30 years. Ford corporate was not helpful. Very disappointed with service and ford at this time and most likely may never purchase a ford product again. Terrible customer experience.
