Very typical Fred Beans of West Chester experience. The work took longer than expected, the communication was poor, I had to continually chase answers and the payment clerk was rude. Jay at least made an effort to get my issues resolved. Whole experience is below par for a leading brand.
Jack was great to work with. I had an unexpected problem arise with my car repair. He explained the issue, offered a few solutions and allowed me to decide What to do. He was honest and really fair with the price. Overall, I’d come back again. Very satisfied.

I brought my car in for state inspection which was fine, but when I picked up my car I thought they would have at least washed the exterior of my car, but they didn’t.
