2 minor non-service items caught me off guard. The 9.95 fee for the rental. Thought they were normally complimentary. The other is I thought a complimentary car wash would be done without having to ask. The servicing of the vehicle was great. See you at 40k for next servicing.

I was initially charged $200 more than I was quoted.
One of the guys there tried helping me with an app issue in my car and his mask kept falling down. He wears it Iike a turtle neck. It’s way too big and he never covers his face or nose. Not the first time I’ve seen this with him.
Derrick on the other hand was exceptionally helpful.
Also Andrew could have sold me a car but he never got back to me so I bought my Jeep from your competitor who were extremely attentive.

I’m extremely disappointed in the total cost of getting my windshield wipers changed. I originally only wanted my back wiper changed but was talked into (mildly pressured into) getting my front windshield wipers changed as well. When I paid my bill, I didn’t realize until later that each wiper was $60 and labor was $70!!! That’s absurd and I literally feel like I was taken advantage of and it cost me $130 - I do not think I will be back when sneaky things like this go on. Shame on you.
