Lets hope this is the end of the leak. The next time I purchase a car it will not have a moon roof.
An identical issue arose during this inspection that was fixed during last year’s inspection. Instead of honoring the part and replacing it, the mechanics decided to clean the part. I was also charged heavily for the cleaning of this part without my consent. I would have rather paid to replace the part, not clean it. Cleaning the part will only prolong the replacement for another year. I have no intentions of bringing my vehicle back any time soon for service.
Mark is ALWAYS so considerate as well as knowledgeable. He makes everything easy to understand and he makes the whole service experience complete and concise. Always a job well done!
