Rafael is always pleasant. We’ve developed a good rapport over the past few months. My service was expected to be 2 hours, but I was a little late and got bumped back (totally understood). He did his job and offered me a rental/loaner but I declined because I preferred waiting to simply get out of the confines of my home. Rafael was always pleasant during my visit and checked-in constantly.
Dan is the Best. He always greets me by name and always gives me outstanding service. He’s very concerned about my waiting time and always provides me with a car or courtesy ride. I feel that he’s also a very honest person. All good with Dan!

Everyone was great and facility was clean which made me feel very comfortable. Awesome service!!
I thought I paid for my work in advance. However, I had to pay an additional $420 (approx). This was not explained to me prior to getting the work done. If I had known that I would have to pay over $900 to fix a mirror, I would have not done this. The person who helped me basically walked away after handing me the bill. Left the poor woman at the desk to try and explain.
I’m not happy. I feel duped on this. I can easily find another dealer or mechanic for my car. I doubt I’ll come back to Beans

I am satisfied with the work done to my vehicle. I am NOT satisfied with my experience today. I arrived at 9:36am for my 10:00am appointment and didn’t not leave until almost 12:00pm for an oil change and tire rotation. Way too long for this to be done. I actually chose not to do my inspection at this time because it would have been another hour. Also, one employee did not have a mark on the entire time I was there. I did not see a single person disinfect any surfaces in the dealership either. About 10 males used the rest room while I was there and nothing was wiped down. I will probably never wait again for my service work because it took too long and nobody explained my work or any future items with me when the vehicle was done. I was called to the pay window, paid and left. This rating is for the dealership, not the service technician. He did his work and was wearing a mask. Customer time needs to be considered and valued. This work should not take this long when you have the means to handle it at your dealer.
