Jack was very pleasant and helpful from my first phone call to getting me a loaner to finishing up with paperwork.
The service adviser was very nice and professional. My problem is after spending $85 I thought the car would be washed. Please consider that extra step for all your loyal customers, it will go a long way.
Brian was courteous as always and kept me updated on the timeline of my car being ready.
He was extremely helpful and accommodating and I would definitely come back because of the service he provided.

They all did a great job... the vehicle has never ran so good. J made sure he worked in my behalf with Ford and the warranty to get my truck back to like new. Dave Pete and parts are always there for me they always make sure that the parts are available when I come in Donnie top-notch Master Tech the truck runs phenomenal I am very pleased with Fred Beans Ford bright from the general manager Jack all the way through everyone is so kind and courteous. The receptionist also very upbeat willing to answer questions willing to help out I met with Pat in finance while the vehicle is being assessed. Pat never made me feel rushed it was late in the evening he made sure he took very good notes to exchange with the team making sure that my cartridges were available. I can't say enough about how things were handled Donnie worked on my truck I have to say being in the business 42 years I couldn't have done a better job myself obviously I don't have the skill tools or not knowledge on this particular repair but I have to tell you the truck was handled as if it was his own I cannot say enough about how well I was treated even to making sure that I had a loaner car available within the time allotted for this repair Jay went right to work for me and he did a phenomenal job thank you all Bill Cosenza

I booked an 8:30 appointment for an oil consumption test and multi point inspection Advising the person I would wait. Neither of these take very long. Around 10:00 John discussed and I agreed to additional services. He ma ruined the car was in the rack. According to the internet , the services I had done would take about 30 minutes. I was checking out at 11:15. Your waiting area is comfortable and I made good use of the time, but I’m unhappy that the work took so long. Why make an appointment and stay? I should have just left the car all day. The person scheduling the appointment should suggest to leave the car, rather than asking if I will stay. John the service advisor is pleasant.
The last service i had before was realy good so i brought it back to your service dept scott seems like an ok guy
