My appointment was on time, completely prompted and the vehicle was washed. I am very pleased with my experience.
It went smoothly & they provided me rides back & forth with Uber, which was very helpful.
Everything and everyone I dealt with at Fred Beans WC has been top notch, from the receptionist, parts dept, Dominic in service, Christof, Chris, etc. I can’t say how much I appreciate the help on my inspection and some issues with my car.
When I emailed Subaru America to thank them for helping with my car's problem,they particularly commented on how helpful Fred Beans had been in the process.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Fred Beans Ford and Charles Pavloff.
Wanted to charge me another diagnostic fee for something they didn’t catch the first time. Highway robbery. Ended up trading my car for a new one at another dealer. We have 2 leases through Fred Beans but I probably won’t ever bring them back there for service.

I have question, my A/C is blowing hot air on the driver side and cold on the passenger when the A/C is on. And the passenger side is blowing cold air when the heat is on. Is this something that you guys look at
